Summer Strides Movement Challenge

Join us for a 6-week movement challenge focused on staying active outside the gym and having some fun while you're at it.
The goal? Rack up as many minutes of intentional movement as possible. Whether you’re walking, hiking, swimming, biking, running—if it gets you moving, it counts.
How it works:
Track your weekly minutes of movement and climb your way up the leaderboard! There are three levels to strive for:
– Go Getter: 600 minutes total (100 min/week) =2 pts each week achieved
– Trail Blazer: 900 minutes total (150 min/week) =4 pts each week achieved
– Movement Machine: 1,200+ minutes total (200 min/week) =6 pts each week achieved
We’ll be sharing a Google Sheet with all participants to track your movement each week—easy to access and update.
